Delivery

NOT EVERYTHING ON THE WEBSITE IS IN STOCK!! Although the website will allow you to put items
in to the cart this does not always mean they are in stock, we may have to order some items from
suppliers who are based in the US, the reason for this is so we can offer a full range of products
rather than a limited range of stock items. Any in-stock items will be dispatched within 2-3 working
days, for any non-stock items delivery can be between 2-3 weeks and sometimes on a rare occasion
up to 28 days, if items become unavailable after your order is placed you will be given the option
of a FULL refund or an alternative item. If you do require any items urgently please contact us by
e-mail: enquiries@pinkladyuk.com to allow us to check our stock before you place the order.

We ensure that all our deliveries are delivered in discrete packaging.

All orders placed over £100 will receive free delivery WITHIN THE UK.

For orders outside the UK please contact us for a delivery price.

DUTY AND CUSTOMS IN YOUR COUNTRY

For orders outside the UK, we cannot estimate the customs and import duty for your country.
If import duty is to be paid before your customs authorities release the goods to you it is YOUR
responsibility to pay these duties and taxes. PINKLADY UK cannot be held responsible for any
customs charges or any delays for payment not being made.
